"Way too inconvenient. It took me months to get an appointment. I remember being told to fill out the new patient packet, but had, of course forgotten by the time the appointment came around. When I walked in I was told I would have to reschedule as I had not filled out the 21 pages of paperwork. Frustrating to be pushed off for another 2 months for paperwork that's so important, the office doesn't even send you an email or text reminder. I should have realized what I was getting into when none of the paperwork was available online as a fillable form. Finally, I was really off-put by the wall of supplements in the lobby. Makes you feel like you stumbled into some MLM nonsense."
