"They do not care about patients. Lots of rude and impatient front desk staff. Can never get in touch with doctor or nurses. No point in leaving messages cause they don’t return your call. Was told husband’s doctor couldn’t help him because it’s been too long since his last appointment. Well, he ended up in the ER with a deadly condition the same day. Switched my whole family to a private doctor. More expensive but you actually receive care. Pick your poison I guess."
