"Bought a hat as a gift. Realized it didn’t fit after it was opened. Just to be clear the hat didn’t come in any packaging or anything. Just was hanging on a wrack. They said they could not take it because it had been worn. How was I supposed to know if it fit them or not? So we were supposed to look at the hat, know it was too small, and take it back? That is a terrible business tactic and you should be clear about no returns if your going to ask everyone to not try on your product after purchase. Very disappointed."
