"Customer service has gone way down hill. Grew up loving Macy's, even through adulthood. Never had a problem in the past, policies have changed for the worse. Impossible to return or exchange anything now. Received a hand blender ordered online that was defective and is not functional. Went to take it back with all the necessary information needed and they refused. Called Macy's and tried to process a return/exchange and they still refused."

"It's probably due to low staff, but it's odd not having the perfume/makeup people front and center to offer assistance. Made the place feel dead. The "new" toys r us is upstairs, which feels like a forgotten corner of the store, but there was a good selection of toys."
