"Waited 5 months for my custom whites boots. When they got here I was told they were measured wrong and have to go back(whistle not whites). Was also told with these that the only options were rough out, smooth out, black or brown. Called whites to find out this isn’t the case they are supposed to be full custom whistle just did want to record the options. Super disappointed to have spent my money here rather than somewhere that would have been happy to give their customer what they wanted for this amount of money on a work boot and been professional enough to properly measure and provide the correct information for the boots! To make it right they have offered to throw in a set of boot laces and nothing more, their incompetence means I have to buy a new set of boots and when I told the manager this he just said “well sorry”. After this I can guarantee Il never shop at whistle again!"
