"they gave me panda dunks for 800 dollars for a size 8M wth i am furious this is outrages"
"Our salesman that helped us is so great this is the second time he's helped us and he looks and looks for us anytime we want a certain shoe"
"This used to be a good place to get shoes for my son. Unfortunately it’s a clearance store now with a very limited selection as well as sizes. They require an email address in order to check out even if you simply want a printed receipt."
"The had a variety of shoes but never seem to have the right size and most of the styles are out there. The customer service is also half and half. I don't always feel welcome when I enter the building more like I'm a problem. This does depend on the people who are working at the moment, sometimes I get greeted and can I help you or sometimes they just stare at me and go hide in the back. Idk I kind of miss the way footlockers used to be, but now it seems more for just fancy shoes that some are way over prices. They all end up falling apart eventually."
"DISMISSIVE, RUDE, AND PREJUDICE! My Experience: The store manager, loss prevention I presume (she was not in any type of uniform), and employee all had prejudice when my boyfriend was inside the store. Racially profiling is loud and proud at this store. Shame on you. It shouldn't take 8 minutes to bring out a single pair of shoes, ESPECIALLY when a different employee comes out the back to deliver the shoes. HORRIBLE customer service from all parties. Poor Brandon seemed like he was having to do it all and felt awkward at the same time with his manager hovering over his shoulder. 1. Didn't greet us when we came in the store 2. No smiles or acknowledgement from anyone. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO SAY HI TO YOU AND ASK FOR SERVICE. 3. No sense of urgency - customer's time doesn't matter to anyone. The store manager should have pulled the other young man from the back to assist on the floor while Brandon was ringing up everyone. 4. Trying on a pair of shoes and walking in them (they were biting my heel), was cause for some of the employees to get up and position themselves by the door and closer to us. 5. The process of ringing me up was poorly handled. I was asked for a phone number and email but not explained why, was asked if I wanted a bag (I was buying 3 pairs of shoes ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE 50% OFF), and was told my receipt was emailed to me. I'm upset about this whole experience. I was charged a fee (without telling me there would be one) for the ONE TIME USE plastic bag. This whole situation should have never happened. This is a combination of laziness, poor training, and terrible management. Please consider going somewhere else."
