"I apologize for not being able to assist with in-store alterations. Please let me know if you have any further questions." If I could give a zero, I would."

"I went here specifically for the service and selection and was not disappointed. From being asked immediately if I needed help by the first gentleman to being handed off seamlessly as one's shift ended, they we great. They listened to my preferences and style choices, gently guided me towards better choices where needed, and made the whole experience perfect and the reason why I went back here and will again. Note - I am lucky enough that my measurements required zero tailoring, so I have no input on that end."

"The South Hill Center Men's Warehouse is fantastic! I came in today for the final fitting for my clothes. The problem was, I got there at about 8:55 PM and they were supposed to close at 9:00. Fortunately for me, though, I was working with Trey and Jack! I figured that I was just gonna have to pick up my clothes, try them on at home, and bring them back to the store the next day if they didn't fit. But Trey actually brought out my clothes to let me try them on and even helped me fit up. Trey and Jack stayed twenty extra minutes just to help me fit my clothes! I cannot recommend this location (and specifically Jack and Trey) enough!"
