"Me and my friends (all over the age of 18) were looking at the toys in the back and hyping each other up to get some because they're fun. Sure, we were probably being a little loud (there was no one in the store and no music. Awkward silence) but instead of telling us to keep it down, one of the employees came up to us and lectured us about how adults are already embarrassed about buying toys and us laughing, joking, and giggling makes it so much harder for them. First off, who? No one was in the store, if someone was that embarrassed they should buy online. Two, I told her I was 20, but she didnt seem to care and kept emphasizing ADULTS which I am one, I was a little offended she didnt believe me. She just came off very rude and I was annoyed she made assumptions about our ages."

"Some staff is friendlier than others and definitely more helpful than others. They're not the most knowledgeable on items they carry so I wouldn't buy anything you can't return if they can't help or at least research the stuff beforehand if in package. Ask about return policies before you buy something. If you pay cash for example you can't get a refund. Just good basic info they don't offer usually you may want to know. They have a lot of fun stuff in store. Any parties that involve humor definitely the place to check out."
