"I like natural grocers for the options and that’s why I will still shop here. However, the customer service is subpar. Some (not all) cashiers seem so put out by having to do their job. They also don’t help you put your items in bags and they’ll start checking out the next person while you’re left to load your own bag in a hurry because you’re “in the way”. The one time someone did help me, they put my eggs on the bottom to get crushed. There’s one lady in particular who always does this. Overall that’s my only poor experience here."

"PSA: make sure if you’re a person of color you pay with your card and not cash. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years and I know it’s extremely easy to check if the bill is legitimate, and you can check it quickly without making the person feel uncomfortable. I paid in cash and cashier had to run it through a machine several times, then held it up as high as she possibly could to the light and had to check front and back AND then had to check it with a counterfeit pen, holding up the line, then proceeded to tell the person who was bagging how she hasn’t had to many counterfeit bills but she has had a couple people try it, how do you think that made me feel? My first time shopping here and was excited because I had seen they had some healthy options I wanted to feed my baby. Sucks that I was made feel so uncomfortable. I rather pay extra, wait longer and order online than have to stand there and deal with stank faces looking at me. Couldn’t even crack a smile at me, not a hi how are you doing, did you find everything okay, thanks have a great day… nothing, thanks Natural Grocers!"

"I love this store! They have so many natural options for both food, drinks, body, and medicinal needs. Their produce always looks fresh and wonderful with a huge variety. They have lots of alternative meat options, flours, and milks. They have nice brands such as Muir and Raos for canned and boxed foods as well as brands harder to find elsewhere... lots of options for foods for on the go from snacks to a healthy bite. Lots of books to read, supplements, and even a nice room for reading up. The staff were all helpful and kind as they were trying to keep the store clean and stocked. They were always eager to stop what they were doing to help me find a product. The location is nice as it's off I-5 on 78th. Tons of parking, other shopping, and dining all right in the same vicinity."

"These guys ate great. I thought I had list my phone in the store. All the staff helped me loom. One staff member (wish I had his name) started checking the carts after I said I thought it may have been left there. Also, they have Jovial flour, organic, non-hybridized, old grain. Good place."

"We try to eat organic, so this is our go-to store. Good prices and we like that they only carry organic produce. Also the best price on avocados. Highly recommend."
