"I come here about once every 2 months, more so in the summer, to exchange gas tanks. Customer service has always been great for me. The attendant never seems to recognize me, which let's me know he treats most customers the same. No complaints and good people."

I went there for co2 they told me they didnt have any they didnt know when they would have any and then they pointed out that it wasnt their fault that they didnt know anything. "Bad customer service and business practices. Before I talked to anyone they took my bottle, once I talked to an employee he assumed I was a different customer and I let him know: sir I have not been helped you have the wrong guy. He got a little irritated and proceeded to find out who I was and then told me essentially I was giving their bottle back and couldn't get an exchange or refill. I used to do business with this company on a daily basis before it was bought by different owners. At that time the customer service was always above and beyond. Now it seems customers are nothing but an annoyances. Good Job airgas.."

"This store almost always has the welding supplies i need, they are courteous, knowledgeable and always point me in the right direction. The only reason I am not rating them 5 stars is their price points, they could stand to be a little more competitive."
