"These guys are no-nonsense appliance pros who really know their stuff. The outside looks a little sketchy but the inventory is high-quality and they offer a warrantee on everything they sell. I purchased a washer/dryer unit and the dryer stopped working about a month later. Sergey offered to either repair the unit or replace it. I chose repair and his technician was there within a couple days to diagnose the issue, explain it to me, and complete the necessary repairs. I would definitely purchase from Sergey again."

The place reminds me of a small town used appliance store (that's a compliment). Not sure why other people are saying this place is shady. They give you a receipt, you give them cash or check. Plenty of places don't use card because there's a charge to use card and card processing services."
