Walmart

"Walmart is making it easier and easier to do without things or buy them elsewhere. They keep raising the prices and they have few employees checking you out. They expect you to buy a bag but the paper ones don't have handles and tear , spilling everything and breaking anything in glass containers. So you have to spend $1.09 to get a reusable cloth bag if you expect to get your things into your car and into your house. Not only that, but they expect you to check yourself out and bag your stuff. Since I am disabled, it's very difficult. Plus, I'm not getting a discount for doing their job! I feel sorry for the clerks who work there, because I've seen people get very perturbed at them, not only because of the prices but because there's simply no help at the front registers. Walmart has closed a few stores because of theft and violence. And so many things they just aren't carrying anymore. They've run businesses into the ground so there's not a lot of choices to shop. Being disabled, I have to ask for assistance. But when there is no one to ask what are you supposed to do? Most stores do not have enough electric carts and so many carts are broken. The owners of Walmart need to stop putting all the profits in their pockets and start paying their employees a LIVING wage and start fixing the broken stuff!"

"I came here for some Super Bowl snacks. It wasn't super busy. Some of the snacks were low. But overall I had a good visit. The staff was friendly. Though Walmart has used every excuse to raise their prices so they are as expensive as any other grocery store, I feel that I can recommend this place."

"They are making one employee run back and fourth from the returns services to money services, as you can see in the pictures she runs between these counters everyday and the manager of this place doesn’t care,this place is insane."

"There was a bald guy in the automotive department that sold me a dead battery. I wanted to return it because I didn’t trust the brand after reading reviews and cause it was absolutely dead. I even tested it. etc and he was rude. I ended up buying a battery elsewhere and they Would not allow me to return it, I was calm and I showed him respect as I have to work customer service as well and I get it and he treated me poorly. I think his name was James or something that starts with a J. He should not work with customers. Terrible customer service. He told me “no one told you to buy this battery, I didn’t force you to buy this battery, take the exchange or take the dead battery”. Never shopping at Walmart automotive again. Can’t believe they keep people around that treat customers this way. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly. I understand policy and it’s my misfortune there but the way you treat customers is repulsive. If I could give negative stars I would."
