"I came in to shop for a new gas range with a double oven. I stumped the associate by asking for a double oven, to which he said he was confused by. When he realized what I was asking for was something extremely common, he actually told me they are going away (like no one wants them anymore). Not exactly the confidence and knowledge I want in my appliance buying experience. So I went elsewhere."

"This is a great store. I recently bought some needed items from this store. Of course, I also get some of the materials I need from Home Depot, which is a bit expensive. While they are cheaper in Lowe's. However, both stores have their own advantages"

"Went to buy a Christmas tree this morning from Lowe’s. Was in a perfectly good mood to start - holiday spirit and all. They managed to ruin that and quick. The trees are 25% off starting this morning at 0800. We got there and there wasn’t a soul to be found in the Garden area, had to go up to the ‘customer service’ area inside the store to find ANYONE and then the rude woman behind the counter said she’d try to find someone. It took over 10 minutes to get someone out there, who then couldn’t open up the register for us to check out NOR could he open the gate for us to take said tree out to our car easily. Not sure what his purpose was at all! So we ended up dragging the tree thru the store to the self check, and had to go out the regular doors. No one ever offered to help us or lifted a finger in general. Going to find a tree lot from here on out. Screw Lowe’s and their cheap prices. You get what you pay for evidently."

"My purchase delivery was delayed and I believe my new refrigerator needs to be leveled. I took a picture of the refrigerator to the store and Lowe's scheduled a service and my refrigerator is level and perfect now. I took time at the store to see where the bins and shelves belong and I made those adjustments. If you don't use the correct shelf the ice over flows so I am all set and very happy with my new refrigerator. Thank you for speedy service."

"Why is Lowes always short on employees? I'm standing in the garden tools section and the lower shelves/racks are not properly stocked. The tools I need are on the top way out of reach. Don't these people restock??? This store is so poorly managed and horrible customer service with an exception to a few employees. Your competitor is just across the street! What a freaking mess. Good thing we have choices to shop. Thanks Michael for coming to the rescue."
