"I needed a new power cord for an old HP Computer. A nice person at the door pointed the way to the correct department. The employee was with another customer but asked me what I needed, pointed to the proper shelf. I acted like I knew what I needed. The employee asked another employee to help me when he was available and I am glad he did because I would have taken the wrong cord and it might have damaged my computer. I always ask for help and I am happy Best Buy has knowledgeable employees. The wait checking out was a bit of a wait for my back. I will be back."

"All they care about is SALES! I was sold a laptop that is not what I was looking for and a membership that sucks! They said that I could use the GEEK SQUAD at no charge, but the turn over time is 6 days. I wish he would have told me when he sold me the laptop! He said it would take 20 minutes for the service that I wanted on my new laptop. I am a business owner and can not afford to be without a laptop! I tried calling to speak to a MANAGER and was NEVER able to. Who knows what country the call center is located at."

"They have great security and inventory here. Yes, I did have to go up front to ask for help in picking out a computer monitor, but he was very helpful and patient. After he helped me, another staff member found me and asked how I was doing. He gave me more info and then showed me some other products I was thinking about. He even found me a shopping cart. In the end, I got everything I came in for and am very happy with my purchases. It was so nice to touch and see the items and to take them home, rather than buying from Amazon ... like the good old days! Lol"

Myles was willing to help load our new TV with a smile and positive attitude. We had a brief conversation about good service and hospitality. One of the best experiences from these two people in the times we live in. Especially from a well known establishment. It's hard to find quality service like this. Much appreciated!"
