"Started out great, furniture for good prices. Then our couch broke, and we sent pictures and he sent someone out to fix it. The gentleman that fixed the couch was friendly and said that the couch was made poorly and was prone to breaking. We needed two parts fixed and the shop owner only told the repair man to fix one thing. When we called to get it corrected the shop owner started yelling and was extremely rude and pushy. "There's something about "quality", "consistency" and "credibility", that .....similar to one's favorite local diner, keep each of us coming back. Quality Rugs Home Furnishing, fellow readers is no exception! From rugs to dining sets, to lamps, mattresses, bedroom sets and countless catalogs of living room furnishings, I've grown relatively convinced that if they can't find it for you, then it probably never existed to begin with. I located this gem over 3 years ago upon relocating to WA from out-of-state within the pandemic. Having purchased a bedroom set, given the immediate delivery options and in-store variance coupled by exceptional customer service, I knew then and there my return would be eminent. Some 3+ years later did I fulfill my obligation to self and imagine my astonishment to walk in after traveling out and have my name be remembered! What is this, "Cheers?" That's unheard of! No, ....my fellow readers, that's QUALITY customer service within a day and age that it's seemingly viewed to be nonexistent. Factor in a prompt turnover window to receive one's newfound furniture purchase with delivery during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and expedient in-home assembly and I couldn't be any more satisfied! "I recently bought a beautiful couch and coffee table and two end tables. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I have nothing but great things to say about this family owned local business. The delivery service was excellent as well. They came 4 hours earlier than predicted (awesome) and set everything up and they were very respectful about wearing their shoes in my home. "Me and my wife bought all of an our new bed room set and a vanity from this lovely small business. The place is spacious and has plenty of selection from the show room. The owner is extremely kind and patient. Our furniture came a couple of days earlier than expected and setting up delivery was a breeze. Amazing experience. They carry most brand name furniture such as Ashley home furniture, Furniture of America, etc. as well! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!"
