"Excellent customer service was looking for a product that was listed online in stock but they were apparently off on present inventory. Store manager Tony looked for the product and was unable to find it so he substituted a higher priced product for the one I was looking for. Very pleased with this store and the personnel."

"I just left home Depot. And It was the best experience I've ever had at one of these stores. The associate that helped me her name was, gosh I'm so horrible with names, either April or Amy. She was awesome!!! she helped me get everything I needed. I would been lost without her help."

"Worst Home Depot I've been to. The people in flooring can't be bothered to help customers with simple questions probably because they don't know anything once you do ask them something. Also if employees are going to talk trash about a customer calling them a B****, they should not be foolish and immature enought to do it in front of another customer."

"No customer service Danny!!!! Our carpenter calls ahead for parts for door jam and we arrive 9:30 to find no one helping us. After I gave up I was in stove area and kind South Pacific man gave help to find price for a stove. He heard about the item not being found and used the computer after customer service ladies didn't even know what we were talking about. Or what to do with know what exterior door jam kit is. It shows there 6 in stock and we walk over with him second guy. Only to find 1 exterior door frame jamm. During this time we're harassment by 2 bald grandpas way down the aisle and my husband responds we're being helped and by far rude harassment continued and followed up by second bald manager Danny while being helped was very stressful on top trying be in a store with toddler. I do not appreciate be yelled at 3 people while they trying help us get what we came for when we had done everything as customer possible by calling first. He knows he locked us in but walks away and makes us wait another 8 minutes just be let out of the door. 5 stars for the hardworking kind man that I wish I was allowed to walk back and get his name but he worked on may 18th at 9:30 unpacking pallets. I would support his kindness and customer support. As women going into a store I can't help find it unrewarding to be treated like this."
