"Way too expensive. 800+ for a bunk bed to order and wouldn't arrive for another 3 weeks. Eff that. And then mattresses would have costed me another 600+ for a twin and full. Nope I spent 775 and some change in total threw walmart and mattress firm. Just saying"

"The sales process and price was okay. The wait time and after sale deliver was horrible. The truck driver was very lazy and unprofessional did not want to try and make a effort to fit furniture I waited a month to arrive. The tells me I have to pay a 300 dollar restock fee which isn’t fair because I trusted this company with my money on good faith that the product would be delivered only to get let down and forced to choose another product the what I originally paid for. Horrible customer service. Also there was not a manager working that I could speak with about any issues. I’m highly upset and don’t recommend anyone to do business with this horrible future company."

"The worst experience. I was promised Stanton couches in 4-6 weeks and never received anything but lies. After waiting over 10 weeks I finally had enough and cancelled my order that seemed to be lost."

"Bought 2 chests for my kids. Quality of furniture was great and matched their beds! Unable to give 5 stars due to poor communication from the sales staff. I understand that delays in shipments occur, especially now, but a quick phone call saying 'Hey, sorry, your item isn't here yet but its still on its way.' goes a long way. I had to call numerous times for updates."
