"I ordered the meatloaf burger with seasoned fries and ranch to dip them in. Strawberry lemonade to drink. This sandwich is legendary and ohhh so good. The meatloaf was moist and flavorful, not dry, and piled high on the bun. I had to cut it into fourths in order to eat it. It is a limited time sandwich going away the end of the month. I will dearly miss it! Service was stellar in the bar and I felt well taken care of."

"I really like this place, the food is consistently very good, the wait staff is nice, and it has a nice ambiance. We like to sit at the bar area because it seems like the other section is more for families/children and may not be full service over there? The fish and chips is pretty good, the salads are huge, burgers are great. It has all the staples with more gourmet/fresh qualities than say Red Robin. Good selection of drinks too. Took a star off because it seems like we rarely see the same bartenders/servers twice which may suggest it may stink to work there and they have high turnover. We are regulars and I think only one guy might suspect it. Lol."

"It's really sad that this company went down hill. The fact you now have to order your food at the front and really don't get a server...that's pretty bad. I mean the guy at the podium was chilled and good at his customer service. It's just knowing you don't have a server, just sucks honestly lol. The food was ok. The fried onion appetizer was pretty good. The burger I got was ok, and the truffle fries were meh at best. My girl got there Cobb salad. Lol pretty bad that they had sliced bacon with the salad, but it was cold bacon that had white oil all over it cause the bacon was sitting in the grease. Yeeeeah, that makes you look dumb for even serving that. Overall, I wouldn't come back."

"This place is trash. Mediocre burgers, cold soup, cold chili, and not very clean. And who thought standing at the host podium to browse the menu and place your order, before you get seated, was a good idea? (No one. No one thinks that's a good idea.) We were the only people in the restaurant area. The bar seemed lively though. ----------- Edited to respond to the owners: The biggest issue, that you didn't even address in your response is the food. Everything was cold. As soon as I got my food, I tried the chili, completely cold. I called a server over to ask them to heat up the chili. They came back with a new cup of chili, same cold temp. So I flagged down another server, and stuck my finger in the chili while I asked for them to heat it up. She said "I'm sorry about that, I'll get you another one". I told her I didn't want a third cup of cold chili and to just stick it in the microwave. Five minutes later, finally it was hot. My wife's soup was also cold, along with her black bean burger. Look at the other reviews, see how many other people get cold food here? No I don't like standing at the podium to order my food the second I walk in the door while other people wait behind me, but that's a minor gripe. Cold food is the real problem. I regretted my evening here."
