"Keegan repaired a couple of kitchen cabinet drawers for us. He was pleasant, worked quickly and did a great job. We will definitely ask him to come back to work on another project."
"Ace Handyman was on time, courteous, and kept me informed on what he was doing though the entire repair. Repair looked good and took a reasonable amount of time to complete. Would definitely use their service again."
"Like the other one star reviewers here we experienced a nightmare with Ross and his team that has lasted 6 months and ended with unfinished work which has failed repeatedly. After Ross became incredibly unprofessional and dishonest and started blaming us for his lack of accountability for his crew we asked them not to return. This is after paying around 10k for work which was dragged on and on and needed repeated repairs and is now left unfinished. We had to call them for repairs after a leak that and when they resinstalled Both the toilets and the sink all three of them have started to leak again. They had to fix the wall patches in the living room and bathrooms multiple times due to bubbling / cracking and then applying the wrong texture They also charged us $1200 labor and $400 in material to reinstall a toilet and a prefabricated replacement vanity. The vanity is already damaged now from the new leak at the sink. No itemized invoice was provided for the material costs On top of that they would schedule us for a 4 hour block of time, someone would arrive and immediately state that they are leaving to purchase materials and then return for a couple hours of work and have to leave the job unfinished to go to another job. They also had no idea what tasks were left to complete on the job despite us discussing what was still needed every day before they left. Because of this they kept having to come back and make us wait a week or two in between each time. I am convinced that neither the employees nor Ross was keeping any kind of documentation on the status of work or tasks for the repairs we had hired them for. It seems he needs the customer to keep a list for them and remind them of it before they come to do the work every day or he will accuse you of never having discussed it with them before. Complete failure in supervision on the quality of work and the hours charged."
"I am disappointed that I wasn’t listened to. I told both the technician and his boss that I thought the problem was a leak in my master bath. They were insistent that it was my hot water heater. We drained the hot water heater ourselves and the tech came to check. While we were refilling the tank he said since I’d paid for a two hour block was there anything else he could look at. I asked him to humor me and slide under the house to check and see if there was a leak under the bathroom. There was. He advised me to call a plumber and left with a $240 check for the 35-40 minutes he’d been here. If he would have listened to me the first day this could have been avoided. I would hope they wouldn’t cash the check but I am sure they will."
"Ace Handyman proved to be an outstanding choice for the project I needed. Keegan was on time, gave me a detailed process he was going to do, researched and bought several parts needed that I had missed. He quoted a two hour window and got everything done within that time frame. When he finished the work area was cleaned and neat as a pin. I can truely say the mailbox was installed by a knowledgeable and skilled professional and I'm extremely satisfied with his results."
