There's also a middle age woman there that without question will ask you about other items that you need and inform you with all the info you need..I promise I love it. When you don't know you don't ask about it. What would I have done without her."
"I've heard some complaints about quality but in all the years I've used them I've only had one tool die. I never buy the warranty. With all the $$ I've saved by not buying it, I've saved enough to replace anything that might fail and still be way ahead. And yes, I use the tools a lot for restoring pre-foreclosures. 10 years of it and only one failed tool is extremely acceptable enough to easily give them a 5 ⭐. And it's not just been this location. One outlet is just as good as the next."
