"Went in, found a pair of jeans priced at 7.99 which seemed somewhat fair for USED clothing, but when I went to their self check out, the woman stopped me and told me it was priced wrong, took it to the back of the store, and repriced it at 39.99. FOR A PAIR OF USED ZUMIEZ JEANS. When I told her that was a ludicrous price for a pair of clothing, she freaked out at me and made me put all my items back and asked me to leave. Never once have I met such awful customer service and prices here."
"Has way too much Absurdly priced junk, they price their used items higher than brand new ones. Good luck finding any deals here"
"Carries the nicest clothes of any thrift store in town. However, their prices are ridiculous. Everything is a minimum of $10-$15. Also, I don’t understand why all the thrift stores took out their fitting rooms so us poor women have to change in the middle of the store with men and everybody else watching. So uncomfortable. Covid is over get the fitting rooms back."
"Recap- management fixed the issue and insured me this wouldn’t happen again. It was a really nice email and much appreciated. I walked into value Village at 6:43 PM and was turned away by the store manager Anthena. She gave me separate reasons why they close early even though the door displays 7 pm. She told me that they close early get people out of the store by 7pm. Then she told me that she thinks 30 people are in the store shopping but they allow up to 40. Then she told me that it’s so they can clean the store For then next day. I love shopping at value village and it’s not fair for customers to drive from far away just to get turned away because the store decided they want to close early. She also told me that this was corporate‘s decision to close before the advertised time. Why would corporate put on their door that they close at 7 PM but not allow people to come in 15 to 17 minutes before closing time? Hopefully corporate realizes this is an issue and sees the unfairness of turning customers away when they got to their stores before the store closed as advertised on their doors and online."
"The prices are reasonable but some of things are too high. The people are friendly and helpful and the place is clean and organized."
