"The customer service is complete trash and I was hung up on because they can’t seem to explain why I’m not getting straight answers. I’m getting different answers from three different people on a regular occasion. And when I’m trying to ask where it indicates, I need to respond so that they know that I said text message is when the call was disconnected abruptly by the Rent-A-Center representatives."

"The store never gave me my items. They also charged me when it was the free promo and tried to say that it was a laptop so it didn't qualify for the promo. They didn't want to order the original item I requested so convinced me to pick a different item in the first place. The contract I signed was all of a sudden canceled by me after talking to customer service with no help. The contract number never was put into the system and they charged my credit card over $100 for the initial payment and it was a card saved in my online account."

"Tyler and Bryce are simply AMAZING..they both go out of their way to help you in every possible way they can. Rent to own is not always the best solution but with these economic times we are going through right now and not having money to pay all up front these guys at least make sure your sleeping on a bed and not the floor. And if you call in early enough they even try to help by waiving your late fees. I appreciate the professionalism that both these young men display. Thank you team.. Keep up the good work."
