They wrap the appliances up securely and with care for your delivery or pickup. I got a fridge, Washer, and Dryer. The manager was available every step of the way and went above and beyond to send me a photo of my warranty paperwork after I lost it (7 months later). The fridge ended up malfunctioning due to a manufacturer defect and they were ON it. Had a tech come out and look at it and got me a new fridge next day same exact fridge honestly in better condition dent wise then my original. Warranty was easy to navigate not too many hoops to jump through. The gentleman that delivered my fridge was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to ensure we got the fridge in safely and the old one out safely. I love that when I got my replacement fridge they were willing to haul the old one away.
