"Pre-ordered a several thousand dollar espresso machine, after over a month of it being late, the company can still not tell me when it will be delivered… After spending a significant amount of time trying to figure out the details and getting different stories from every person I spoke with in customer service. No one offered any resolution aside from me waiting or offering me a refund so after such a significant delay, i accepted a refund and canceled my order. Terrible customer service the worst communication I’ve ever experienced on a expensive purchase. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for purchasing equipment. Would’ve had an espresso machine months ago if I purchase from another company."

Lo and behold they still let me in the door and helped me with my order. The sales associate, Panda, made my order super easy and even let me know some of the features of the scale I bought. He even includes some free swag with my purchase! All in all- the experience was fantastic and the selection of coffee accoutrement is huge and high quality."
