The customer service was easy to reach and were able to answer questions about shipping a container across the border. Other storage container services (PODS and Uhaul) I was on the phone for at least an hour before speaking to a representative because moving international was a complex case for them. I found the price to be reasonable compared to the other two companies. Loading at the facility was easy, clearing through customs was swift, and the delivery person was kind and worked with me for the best place to put the container.
