"Loved this pizza the first time we had a group order at our store , so I had to order for myself to take home leftovers after my lunch indulgence. The pizza however was so overdone and dry. It was freezing cold but that was on Doordash. I don’t mind room temp pizza , especially when I’m so damn hungry, but sadly this one was so well done I couldn’t bite the crust. I did not opt for well done. If pizza is cold you could reheat it , but not when it’s burnt. Sorry Falbos but you fell way far firm since my first experience."

"I really didn’t want to give it a four star because in reality it is a 5 Star place. Service is always been great except for today. I have never been treated the way I was treated today by someone that supposedly is the owner. I politely asked if he could not place pizza slices on top of each other, because in the past when I feed my kids, the cheese comes off onto the other slice. Normally they put this like parchment paper in between the slices. When I asked for the name of the person who was checking me out and getting our pizza slices. He said that he did not have to give me his name and I said that it would be important if I needed to give it to the owner, and he stated that he was an owner. I feel like if he was an owner of that establishment then he should not treated me that way or told me that he couldn’t give me his name and he should’ve been apologetic. I put my own stuff in bags. I put my own parchment paper in between my pizza slices. If I wouldn’t have had kids in the car, they were hungry and this is what we plan to have for dinner. I would’ve left and not even got anything from them just by the way that he treated me and made me feel. I have never felt this way ever from nobody in that establishment and I’ve been going there for well over 15 years. I was just not happy and I probably will never go back just for that one incident, ruined it."

"Got a thin crust works. Decent pizza. It looked very good but the crust is just not great. The crust seemed undeveloped and had a raw dough taste vs the yeasty deep flavor of a good pizza dough. The rest of the ingredients seemed good. I wonder how the deep dish is? Did not get to try it."
