"Ordered for pickup this morning on my way to work: a sausage, egg, and cheese on brioche with chipotle aioli added, and a vanilla cream cold brew. Where to begin. First of all, my sandwich was made with bacon, not sausage. I don't like bacon on breakfast sandwiches, which is why I didn't order it that way. The sandwich was cold and mushy, and there was none of the requested chipotle aioli. Next, let's talk about the "coffee". As you can see from my picture, even when stirred, it was WHITE. Like drinking a cup of iced milk. Absolutely ridiculous and a massive waste of $12. Won't be returning ever."

"Ordered breakfast while my daughter was at children’s hospital. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich had no sausage. Our chocolate croissants had no chocolate. We tried calling 3 times (not during meal times and could not get through to anyone) and could not find any way to contact customer support."

"What a disgrace to the Panera Bread brand! We love Panera, and most locations are awesome. But this one is a pig stall. We tried to find a clean table but didn't succeed. The floor is covered with crumbs. Hope at least they cleaned dishes... They were out of most items we wanted including sourdough sandwiches and bacon! Especially frustrating because you can't order with a person (where you get more flexibility) but have to go through a very slow kiosk system. Will never come here again!"
