"We had our son's birthday party here. We opted to have it from 8-10 am on a Saturday before they opened and it was so worth it. The food was what we expected, it was clean, and our party host Aurora (and Bianca) were wonderful and so helpful! It did get busy as soon as they opened at 10, but we enjoyed having the whole place to ourselves at the price of getting up early on a Saturday."

"This location only has older arcade games - no playground or trampolines. I ordered food from the table & never got my pizza. When they finally made the pizza, it was good. It was super busy & they were very under staffed, but everyone was nice when I spoke to them - it just took 15 minutes of waiting in line (literally) to ask someone a question. I spent the majority of the 3 hrs there waiting in line to be able to talk with a staff member."

"A few months ago I went there for my son’s birthday party, he is disabled and terminally ill. He has always had an interest in specifically animatronics and since I as a single mom couldn’t afford to leave the state he was hoping to go see Chuck E Cheese. They didn’t have the animatronics which was a bummer for him but I suppose that was my issue for not doing my research. We had bought a birthday cake and I had seen some liquid on the top of the cake that looked like spit. I was of course was upset and asked about it. Our host was Bianca and she said not to worry about it and to scrape it off. I requested a new cake and she walked away. I looked in the way she was walking and I had seen her talking to some children that looked maybe 10 and had said to them that “that table is being a bunch of c*nts”. I requested a refund and they refused to get me one. My son was really upset by this experience and so was I. I don’t plan on going to this location until management changes."

"1000/10 Customer service was absolutely AMAZING Bianca is INCREDIBLE as well as the other staff at this location! I felt like I was at home everyone was so friendly, helpful and in good spirits I’ll definitely come here again ANYDAY! The total price for the party wasn’t even that expensive compared to other places! I spent HALF the price I would’ve spent somewhere else."
