"100% disappointment this was the place my family went on the weekend to do the pizza and salad buffet. Now that I have my own family I did the same. Always great service, lots of options, great food. I always wondered why my parents did the salad bar... I now know why LOL. Pizza hut decided to focus on cutting corners and no longer care about the family, because they chose to rip down a wonderful experience, only to make drive thru and pickup probably to compete with little scissors. Pizza hut, you will be missed. Hello new tradition, frozen pizza night and a movie!"

"I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and cheese sticks for delivery on Jan. 20th. The pizza was undercooked and had soft, rubbery crust. Nothing like having freshly delivered, re-heated pizza. The breadsticks weren't brushed with the garlic butter that makes them so good, and were undercooked. Simultaneously soggy and dry is an interesting look for a bread stick.One I don't recommend. The cheese sticks tasted fine, bit weren't cut. On the plus side, the woman who delivered my food was as friendly, efficient and professional as a customer could ask for. 10/10 on the delivery, 3/10 for the rest of the experience."

"I placed an order on 12/20/2023 I talked to Cory who placed as well as prepared my order. Everything was spot on from the ordering process, the speedy delivery, as well as the taste of everything I ordered. I've ordered from just about every pizza hut in madison, and this one for sure checked all the boxes this time. Im not one to write reviews, but I had to jump on and I am very glad this location re-opened and I'm definitely ordering again soon."
