"Arrived at 2:30, well after the lunch rush. Every single table was dirty, 3 to 4 employees standing around. The overall atmosphere was poor. The restaurant doesn't look like it has been cleaned properly for months. Unappealing! Will not return."
"First time at a Panera. Waited a long time for food. Wasn't told that one of our beverages would be at the fountain instead of coming from behind the counter with the food. Got the wrong Mac n cheese which were very watery. Then got the right ones with vegetables and they were wayyy overcooked. The green tea with Papaya and Mango had very little flavor and had the color and consistency of seaweed salad from a sushi place. I guess, Panera maybe should stick to BREAD because that was awesome. Nice crust on the outside, soft and yummy on the inside."
"Food is consistent at Panera. I like the breads and baked treats. Mom likes the salad grain bowls. I wish they still had the unlimited coffee refills. But I understand with the economy that they need to change that policy."
"We had no one at the front by the kiosk. So it took us forever. We put in order, which included Pepsi. We paid for it. When we grabbed our cup to fill, and headed back to the self serve drinks, we were greeted by a hand written taped sign that said the machines were out of order. The only option was tea or lemonade without ice. Nothing by the Kiosk indicated that they were out of drinks. When my brother asked the gal behind the counter where the food is prepared about the machine and the fact that we had already paid for it, he was told that no one spoke English and couldn’t help us then she began to giggle with co worker. The tables were dirty. This Panara Bread was terrible!"
"Panera is fine. Their menu is the most disappointing part; they used to have broth bowls that were excellent but now it's only soup (decent), salad (fine), or sandwiches (not good). The meat on their sandwiches is of poor quality and even though their bread is consistently good, it's not enough to overcome the disappointing fillings. Offering apples as a side is nice, but their apples are usually mealy textured and light on flavor."
