"This Madison location is extremely mismanaged, we have a fleet of over 35 trailers and have had poor experiences every time with Transport Refrigeration. Their service is nothing short of horrible, we have given them multiple opportunities and consistently disappointed. I highly recommend WB Equipment over these guys anyday!"

"*** final update *** 4/15/23 I received a call back from Zack.. Convo was good, my issues were explained well, pricing was clarified, and now I know better moving forward. Overall, as I wrote in my original review, this location is one of the best TR I've been to and we will return. My recommendation to the customer; ask their rate & get the book rate for the work, even a paper estimate so you have something tangible. Thanks Zack for your call. I look forward to better communication and will certainly do my part as well. ** Update 4/6/23 Back for more work, this time it didn't go so well. 1st visit, 1 mechanic, took 7+/- to be seen, (lots of apologies for the delay) needed to order a part, went home and came back a week+ later. Followup visit: was told mechanic comes in at 0730 so didn't need to be there at 0700. Around 0745 mechanic came out and told us to pull into bay. Sometime mid-morning, 'X' came up regarding work. At 1330 went downstairs for an update and to get food from our truck, X gave an updated estimated time of 3pm. Knowing that X leaves for the day at 3:30pm I came back downstairs at 3:45pm for another update, X was gone, I asked to go out to the truck or coffee, (and look around) the APU was running cold, unit was all put together and no mechanic around. At 4:20pm service man came up and said truck was ready. (All that explained leading to my main issue) we were charged book rate, @ $170 hr totaling $1700! For 7.5-8 hrs work!? While I questioned the service guy who couldn't give me an answer, and someone else who man-splaing the term insisting there's nothing we can do. I'm disgruntled enough to come back to the reviews and see who's attention I can get. So, if anyone there at TR can help me understand why we were not charged accurately, I'm here to learn. This location is top notch! Customer service is superior to many locations we've been to. The bays are spotless, impeccably organized. We're still trying to hold on to our aging unit, and they are helping us every step of the way. Dogs are allowed inside, they have a large crate if needed. They have a snack and soda machine. No coffee or water."

"Creative parking only outside the property for overnight. They have a secured parking lot for dropping trailers. I was on the property overnight with a loaded trailer checked in at 7am. They got to it early. I'm pleased with the service they provided and the drivers lounge was comfortable. Tv, vending machine, microwave, and a sink is provided. For the dog owners, a large cage and a water bowl is provided"
