Pizza Hut

"I will start off my saying the cinnamon sticks were outstanding at the Maple Grove Pizza Hut! However the Pizza Hut website was a nightmare to use and even more difficult to redeem loyalty rewards. The website is so slow, you have no idea what is going on. After 30 minutes I gave up using my smart phone and pulled out my laptop. Not much better. Sooo SLOW, pages would not load. And the website is not intuitive. I had to add an item to my cart (that I didn't even want, just so I could apply my birthday promo code. I then applied the code and removed the item I didn't want. It then sent me to an upsell page before finally getting to checkout. So clunky and slow."

"Took 2.5 hours to get my delivery. Ordered over the phone; terrible phone service outsourced. Tried calling the store for an update on my late food and couldn't get through numerous times. Finally got through after 1.5 hours, they had lost my order. Said they were resending my order free of charge, would take 30 minutes. Took another hour to get my delivery, and had to chase the driver down as he was lost on my block. Extremely frustrating experience. Will never order delivery again with P.H."

"Consistently good service here! I've always gotten decent food and every couple of visits there's some magic and they knock it out of the park. There are some really delicious combinations you can make and even when it's not top tier, it's more than acceptable for a Hut. My only ask would be to make sure those wings get sauced! Usually they're good but sometimes it's a little light. Thanks for doing the good work though y'all!"

"Ordered 2 pies with wings and breadsticks. Got the food delivered. Pizzas were dry and overcooked. The wings were buffalo. Supposed to be buffalo anyhow. Had at the most a tbsp of buffalo sauce just dropped in the box. This place is no good. Sorry not sorry."

"So I usually am a huge fan of Pizza Hut and usually go to the one on Mineral Pointe and have never had a problem. I decided to go to this one because it was on the way home and boy was that a huge mistake. We asked for extra pepperoni, as we always do, and they stacked some of them 6-7 high. There were so many pepperonis that the pizza didn't cook enough and it was positively swimming in grease. You would pick up a slice and the grease would run off in a steady drip. We tried eating it anyway because we were so hungry but my wife and I could barely stomach it. So disappointed. Especially in a time like this I wish I would have supported a small business and not the Hut. We won't be back. I'll forever equate Pizza Hut with this nasty grease ball wreck of a pizza."
