"we had been a major repeat customer for years. got food poisoning from an order (should have known to kick the can on the order when person taking it on phone was clearly sick) which absolutely crushed my dad and i for days. certainty it was the order given symptoms/knowledge, and sole other person in house who didn't it any was perfectly fine no refund, no response. couldn't care less. oh well."
"This review is strictly for this location. I've been to others as well. This is one of the better pizza places in Madison. It's always consistent. Customer service is great. If you order online & forget to add or take something off just call, it'll be taken care of. I recommend the white pizza or the windy city (without the peppers). Those are my favorites. Had a couple of the others but always go back to those. As someone who lived in IL & went to Chicago often in the past. It's authentic Chicago pizza. Pete is nice too, thanks for the compliment on my hat that one night. It's a BABYMETAL hat, check them out they're a Japanese band."
"Hello all! So i have been a patron at this restaurant for over 15 years, and if there was a pizza place that I would recommend to anyone. It would be this! Rosatis is a fine establishment and the best pizza my girlfriend and I have ever had! Not to mention the staff, Pete was an incredible help, with an upright attitude for customer service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place for a family pizza night or a one stop shop. This is it!"
"Great food, great service, great people. What a combination! I stumbled on this place (an out-of-towner) and was so pleasantly surprised. Very large portions!!! The calzone and pizza can easily feed two adults...maybe even two teenagers!!! Very flavorful and cooked just right. It was dry enough, yet moist enough to retain flavors and texture."
