"I don't know what has happened to this place over the last few months, but I would not recommend ordering from here. First off, delivery times have gone WAY up. As for our last four pizzas/orders, the crust has been soggy and the cheese isn't even warm upon delivery. Isn't it best practice to use a warming/insulated transport bag? Also, they should note that if you order anything extra for your pasta dishes, those ingredients will be RAW. Thank you SO much for the raw onion, garlic, and mushrooms for the spaghetti. This place gets a long-awaited time out for us. Save your wasted money and choose a better restuarant."

"I’m really angry - normally the pizza is good at this location - I go out of my way to come here but last night Saturday 11/25/23. The crew was not the people I normally see. I normally get pizza here during the week - anyway these were all different people- I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni and I left a tip- I usually leave a $10 tip but I did $5 this time anyway when I got it home that pizza was obviously an old one that they just threw back in the oven. The cheese and the crust were all overcooked the cheese was like a reddish color. It wasn’t like fresh Cheese it had taken on the oils from the pepperoni and obviously had just been sitting and it taste terrible - it was very tough - On top of that I got diarrhea a few hours after eating it - I’m really mad $30 bucks for an old pizza that made me sick it- I didn’t think glass nickel would do something like this, especially that West location- I have half a mind to collect it out of the garbage and take it back to the store and ask for my money back."

"GNP has really fallen from grace. The last two times our pizza has been undercooked, even requesting well done. The dough is soggy and stretchy, not even close to done. You need to hire experienced pizza makers who can identify how long to cook a pizza and experienced pizza makers who know how to place toppings to avoid this. The new lasagna pizza was flavorless which is weird considering all the toppings. Again, raw dough. We’ve been going elsewhere more and more lately. It’s just not the same GNP as they were before COVID"

"They made my pizza so perfect the way my mom wanted it as far to the edge as possible! A must eat place besides the cafeteria at the hospitals around! My chef salad was prepared perfect for me being on Keto and that was just a small! It was heavenly and I enjoyed it! I will come back for sure! The staff were so nice and caring, I would say if I lived here in this state one of my top 5!"
