"Hard to imagine a worse carryout experience. Guy at the counter didn't say a word when I told him my name and picked it up. Got home to find out that my order of a dairy free cheese, sausage, mushroom, and banana pepper pizza instead had mac and cheese for toppings. Called the store and was told that they would credit a future order. When I said that I wanted a refund instead, they hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service."
"Absolutely disgusted by the service and NO SHOW of our order. Not only did they continue to lie to us about the order being “in the oven” and then “on its way.” After waiting 2 hours — at 2AM, we called again to see when we should expect our delivery. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he was going to just cancel the order since he couldn’t figure it out with no refund and hung up on us when we asked for our money to be refunded. This wasn’t a late night snacking order but an order to feed 15 people a late dinner. How can customer service be THIS terrible! Whoever this man was on the phone, I hope he is fired or repositioned as, if this is how you let your team treat paying customers, you won’t have any in the future. Do better."
