"I called to ask about a coupon that I have from Papa John’s for a free medium pizza. Apparently the code isn’t real which I’m quite confused about but whatever I’m not going to demand a free pizza. But as I was saying I was confused before I could even say goodbye the person on the phone just cut me off and said sorry and hung up. I probably would’ve ordered one anyway but now I won’t be visiting this papa johns period. I’ve worked in customer service for 5+ years and it’s not hard to be kind to someone. Disappointing."
"We’ve never had a problem with our orders, up until tonight. I think the location itself has never done us wrong. However, they utilize Door Dash for deliveries and tonight the driver delivered our pizzas sideways. I’d be cautious getting items delivered."
"Update: Visit 9/9/22 Disappointing… I have been coming here since the one in Middleton has closed. They usually get my food right. However, the last couple times they have left the food in the over too long. My pizza was over cooked, and it was hard. You know it’s too hard, when you lift to bite and it is stiff, it doesn’t bend or “flop” - my garlic knots (almost the last 4 times) they’ve been this dark. They’ve never been this hard and burned before. It was so disappointing and I didn’t want to eat them. Papa Johns used to be the best… but now I’m thinking rethinking about this location. What about east Washington Ave? Or university.. at this point anything is better than this location."

"Order was delivered quicker than quoted delivery time. Food was hot and fresh and order was accurate. Delivery driver was wearing proper facial covering and very courteous.
