"This place will take your order online for delivery, but then notify you it's a pickup. When you call them, you're directed to some international call center clearly from India that will forward you to "the manager" where you'll sit forever waiting. You will never get your pizza. You will not get to speak to an actual person at the location to adjust your order to delivery. Do not order from here. You will not get a pizza, and they'll charge you anyway. It's fraud."
"Placed an order at the wrong store online with a credit card and had to place it with the correct store. When I called to cancel the call center transferred me to the store and no answer waited on hold, called back and same response. Third time I called the call center said if store doesn't answer I don't know how to help. I then tried to ask another question and call center refused to answer and just sent my call through. Incredibly frustrating experience just to try and cancel the order and not get charged"
"Don’t let the pictures online fool you!!! This is what their food actually looks like and it has no flavor and terrible. Why did most of my pizza not have cheese by the crust and there was literally no flavor. Then I had the wings and the Parmesan Garlic is horrible. Idk what it’s made of but it tastes like Alfredo sauce and the wings are tiny for 12.00. They also give no dipping sauce with the wi gas so it was an extra 1.25 to get a cup of ranch that isn’t even home made. Overall would never eat here again and probably some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had."
"The restaurant forgot the wings on my order during delivery, but I called and told them and they brought my whole order again for free! Great service! Food ordered to delivered in like 20 minutes and 10 minutes respectively. Crazy fast. Crazy good. Crazy amazing prices and deals. 10/10 I would eat there again. And thank you for owning up to forgetting my item and bringing me a bunch of extra food! Amazing restaurant. I will be a loyal customer from now forward."
"We are from New York and it's been tough to find great pizza heading across the country, but this place is not only great but somewhere that would be our favorite at home. The vegan options are amazing and I challenge anyone to tell the difference in the vegan and dairy cheese. 5*."
