"We had a wonderful second experience with this company and they are very professional, explain everything and go above and beyond to ensure everything is done well. Matthew Toohey came to our home the day our water heater was leaking and examined it and went with me to Lowe’s to get the new one and installed and explained everything well and answered all questions. A quote was given before the work begin. We were please they were able to fix it the day we called. Excellent company and Matthew did an excellent job. I would only use them don’t bother using anyone else."

"I had them come out and give me a quote on a replacement 50 gallon water heater because the one I had started to leak. The technician came out and diagnosed the problem and said it needed to be replaced. He quoted me $4100! Really? So from my calculations the tank is around $800 and it is a simple swap out. The only addition is a small expansion tank to keep up with current code updates. So $4100 - $800 for the tank leaves $3300 for labor for a job that takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. They charged me $89 for the ridiculous price quote and when I told them they wouldn't be doing the work the tech said "our prices are competitive". In other words everyone will charge you $1000 an hour for labor! I ended up getting the work done by JG Water Heaters of San Diego who late last year replaced my tankless unit in my main house. Josh, the owner, gave me a fair price and his guys did a fantastic job! The 50 gallon tank in my rental property is now replaced and the experience of working with JG Water Heaters was seemless. Great price, professional, and they do it right the first time without taking you for a ride."

"Great experience! Had a leak in our wall between the laundry room and garage. Plumbing Plus answered my call right away and sent a plumber out in just a few hours. Jordan was awesome! He was able to diagnose and fix the leak and was more than willing to discuss everything with us as he worked. Before he left, he looked at a number of other issues in our house and provided us with estimates for future jobs. "This visit one for an evaluation and cost analysis to replace our water heater and the prospective replacement of 3 original toilets in our house built in the late 80’s. Their representative (Tony), sent to our home was very thorough and considerate in addressing what I was looking for. And very respectful, seemingly not a common trait these days. We will be moving forward with both needs in the coming weeks. I am always happy to recommend Plumbing Plus and have done so multiple times both in our neighborhood and in online forums. 1/23/24…Tony and Jacob were out last week to replace the water heater and the 3 original toilets. Excellent, efficient and clean job. And as I noted before these guys are very polite and considerate. I had them add the hot water recirculating water pump/timer for our two story home so now we have hot water immediately at the farthest point from the water heater. No more filling buckets in the shower waiting for the water to heat up. I will be having them out once a year to review everything and flush the tank as a preferred customer for a minimal annual fee. Absolutely worth it!"

Mario arrived on schedule, quickly assessed what was needed, provided a reasonable quote which we accepted and he performed the repair on the spot. We were back up and running within an hour. Mario did excellent work and we would highly recommend Plumbing Plus!"
