"Vehicles serviced: 2012 Honda Odyssey & 2004 Lexus RX330 I typically do my own maintenance, such as brake pad replacement and oils changes (the easier things). However, when I run into things that I’ve never dealt with, or can’t fix in my own, I take it here. Eli and his team are the among the best mechanics I’ve dealt with. Honest and upfront about what needs immediate attention versus what can be put off for a bit. For example, one issue with my Honda caused an oil leak into the engine. It would have cost me thousands to fix (and I was willing to pay it), but Eli mentioned that it was a common issue with Hondas, and that Honda provided an extended warranty for it. In comparison, the Honda service rep tried to blame me for the issue, and I had to verify with corporate that it was a covered issue. I have recommended Poway Import Auto Experts to friends and family, and wouldn’t hesitate to return for future service work."
