"I called Boris a couple of weeks ago because I needed a replacement coolant bottle and the dealership was trying to charge me $900. He was appalled that they were charging me that much and went down to the dealership to tell them to make things right and put my repair under warranty. Fast forward to today, I got the call that they will put the repair under warranty. I thank Boris so much for all of his help and will definitely call him whenever I need a repair."
