"We had a routine oil change and tire rotation. The air filter and battery needed to be changed too. We got everything done along with a few minor urgent repairs for 523 after a discount from a mailer I got in the mail. They took pictures and sent to me all recommended repairs red, yellow, and green. They also provided a free Lyft so I could pick up the car. I'm really happy with the service/prices and will come back."

"I did oil change on last Saturday and right after that, my car gave me a warning sign of engine and lots of smog came out from my car. Not only that car stopped while I was driving. I came back and the staff fixed it but I had another warning sign of “reduce engine oil” this morning so I called the store and explained. I made an appointment to fix it at 5:30 pm since I had to work. I did my best to come early and I got to her at 4:58 pm but the store closed and no one here. This is a horrible situation. I never had any issues with my car before this place. They messed up with my car and they left early before closing time of 5:30 pm even though I had an appointment with them to fix their incorrect work. I am so disappointed"

"Mike was fantastic and honest. I called around for my brakes and rotors and Redhawk had the best pricing. They were also able to do the job the same morning and the best part is they were honest and said my front brakes were fine. Another shop wanted $1,300 for front and rear brakes and rotors. Hard to find a good and honest auto repair especially when it comes to brakes. I was so impressed I posted my experience on Facebook and told my friends if you want a great shop for brakes go to the new Redhawk in Poway! I am also going to bring my son's car in on Saturday as his car needs brakes."
