"Firestone is one of the few honest and dependable automotive companies left in our area. I never feel like I am being overcharged or told I need something replaced that will last for several more months. There customer service is top-notch and they always keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. One important thing…If you decide to get roadside hazard insurance for your tires be aware that there is a charge each time you need a tire replacement. This is different from Costco’s roadside hazard program where tires are replaced free of charge."

"Dont really lile appointments, but they did have my car done within 2 hours or so from dropping it off. I actually bought my tires on eBay to save a few hundred bucks. There is no warranty thought the shop that installs, even if you have them install on a prepaid service through CarAdvise. Any warranty questions must go through who you purchased. All in all, they were very insightful and welcoming."
