"I bought a phone on ebay and it included a warranty from SquareTrade, I opened a claim and when approved was given the option to use CPR Cell Phone Repair, I selected the option and within a few minutes had an approval code. Went down to drop off the device and was taken care of by a friendly technician. Was told that it would take a couple of hours, got the call that it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. Great all around service, won't doubt to use in the future...."
"We went in to replace our old screen savers with new ZAGG anti glare, blue light…etc… . (2 iPhones and 2 iPads). We have been using ZAGG for 10+ years, never had a problem…until now. The man was so rude, especially when I looked at the devices…and made a remark about Bubbles and one was crooked and didn’t align up correctly! He said, “don’t put your cases on, it needs to set, the bubbles will go away in a few hours”…NEGATIVE!!! We left, called ZAGG and submitted our receipt plus pictures and videos of the workmanship performed. I also think he put on a knockoff brand in my iPad, because it was not the same quality as the other ones! I would think twice before going in there…."
