"Don’t rent through them, it’s a scam! We rented a “luxury house” in LA for a week for our family with young kids for $14k a week. Next door was a construction site. They were well aware of the situation before we moved in. They did not inform us and simply refused to reimburse us arguing they were not responsible for this situation. We ended spending 7 days with a wake up between 6 am and 6:45am and we were obliged to leave the house all day because the noise was over 110db around the swimming pool. Oh, I forgot! There LA address is fake, no one there (we went there to complain). And none of the contact do exist on LinkedIn. Check their Twitter account they have 3 followers..."
"This company is a scam. We rented a month ago a house in LA that was supposed to be perfect for our families and kids. When we arrived we found that their was a construction site right next to the house. From 6 am we can hear the bulldozers untill late in the afternoon. The company was well aware of that major issue when we booked and didn’t warn us. On the contrary they insisted that the house would be perfect for our kids. They are now hiding themselves behind the little mentions in the contract saying they cannot be hold responsible for noise inconvenience. The level of noise reaches 90db all windows closed, which is just unbearable and i am not talking about the sanitary issues for our kids. I have offer them to either fully reimburse our stay or change house, the minute i got to the house. None of this has been accepted by them. Do not approach this company. They don’t know what luxury means and acts as robbers."
"What an absolutely INCREDIBLE weekend! We’ve stayed in a Luxury Rental Group property twice now and our experience has been just amazing. From being greeted by a friendly concierge, to the fridge stocked with our favorite foods and drinks to our personalized itinerary, we were treated like royalty. The properties were amazing with all of the amenities you could want. We felt like movie stars. I can’t recommend Luxury Rental Group enough. If I could give 6 stars I would."
"What an amazing weekend! I felt so taken care of from the beginning. We were met at the house by a charming "ambassador" who showed us around the property. The refrigerator and freezer had been stocked with our favorite foods and drinks. Everything about the house was so nice that it was actually tempting to spend all our time between the pool, hot tub, pool table, and comfy beds. Instead we bounced all around Hollywood eating fabulous meals, laughing at a comedy club, and doing yoga at a club. Thanks to our attentive and conscientious concierge."
"I am incredibly disappointed in the property, your communication and the lack of care put into our booking. I plan on writing a review both on this website and on google because as of right now I would never recommend this booking to anyone. When we spend several thousand dollars on a short booking we expect a basic level of communication and respect from the property manager. First of all, your communication prior to our arrival was atrocious. As international travellers with no data we did not receive the check-in communication until only a few hours prior to our 4 pm check in THAT SAME DAY. That is not professional and is simply not good service. Additionally, this house does not sleep 20. We were actually short one bed because of the falsely advertised downstairs basement bedroom where it was advertised there were 4 beds and in fact there were 3. Additionally it was advertised that there was a sound system. There was not. Secondly, we had several issues with the house itself. The BBQ was broken- it does not light, there was no lighter or matches anywhere in the house and trust me, we searched every nook given that none of us were smokers and didn't bring a lighter. Once the BBQ was lit it did not get hot AT ALL. We had to put burgers in the oven, and by the way the kitchen is not properly stocked AT ALL. There were not the proper tools necessary to make a basic dinner consisting of burgers, salad and corn. The kitchen was also disgusting- it is in desperate need of a deep clean. While we were staying at the house we had several issues arise to which we received no response. The fridge did not work properly-and as a result we had spoiled meet and cheese. When we emailed you to request attention to this issue it was ignored. We emailed you about this issue on the first day of our 4 day stay and received no response. Secondly, there were not enough towels for 10 people. The fact that you advertise this house as sleeping 20 (it only sleeps a MAX of 14) and didn't even provide enough towels is terrible. We also found that over HALF of the lights in the bedrooms were not equipped with light bulbs. By day 2 we were short of toilet paper and there was none available. The fact that you didn't leave enough toilet paper for international visitors to stay for 4 days is terrible as a host. I am expecting a partial refund for this terrible stay and service. In addition to our MANY problems, there were two service repairmen that showed up unannounced at our front door. As international visitors in an unfamiliar neighbourhood we were not going to let anyone into the house without prior knowledge. Both the pool guy and the air conditioning guy showed up expecting to be let in for service repairs. First of all, we have booked this time to stay- do your repairs when you do not have guests. Secondly, if repairs need to be done inform the guests staying ahead of time so they don't have sketchy men show up at their front door expecting to be let inside."
