"Straight up TERRIBLE customer service. The shop girls were rude and acted like bringing in a purse for refurbishment or cleaning is beneath them. They'll threaten that you have to pick up your purse the next day, like they can't hold it for multiple days. Also will upsell cleaning products even though they service purses for free. Don't go here. NOT RECOMMENDED"
"As i walk in the store the sales person immediately judged me, didn’t smile or welcomed me. He just stared straight at me (i was the only customer btw) i wanted to get my daughter a mini purse and wallet, and we found what we wanted but I decided not to purchase because i was feeling uncomfortable from the sales person and as soon as i started to walk out he immediately runs over to where i was looking and checked the ones i touched i was literally a step away outside the door. This is NOT a way to treat a customer if you wanna make sales. And this isn’t the first time this happened everytime i come here to this specific location it’s always the same attitude. i love coach and I always buy coach but I always feel unwelcomed in the store they always look at me like im stealing. This experience made me not want to buy coach anymore."
