"Went to purchase a piece of jewelry, and the employee tried to pull a scam saying I had to purchase the jewelry service plan! I knew I didn't, I just walked out! I asked about a store manager and know one knew how to locate one working or if there was one in the store!"
"The JCPenney in Roseville Galleria is one of the best looking, best service stores in the area. The department store looks pretty well maintained and the store layout is good. The workers here seem more attractive and friendly. I enjoyed shopping at the JCPenney when I was in Roseville Galleria."
"Checkout is inconvenient. Long line and open registers from other departments redirect to one spot on the opposite side of the store. Not staffed according to a high traffic time period either. They had a manager jump in only stopped because one of the staff asked for help (she was very clearly not planning to contribute). Guest WiFi is not operational despite showing full capacity either. I couldn’t post this until disconnecting from their network. Otherwise, found a sweater that my young one wanted and hope the quality is sufficient."

"My visit here was good the store was very clean and the aisles were also very clean, A lot of great deals but sad that I didn't see any Nike items anymore.. only Puma, Champs and a few other brands. Overall great visit!"
