"The store was packed with Christmas gifts and had the clothes racks full. There were two full aisles of pet beds and toys plus some packaged dog treats. There were a lot of shoppers and a short wait for checkout with 5 cashiers."

"Cashier told me i needed to update my personal info for my credit card and was dishonest and ran my credit to get a 2nd credit card. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm dealing with the 3 credit companies now"

"Went in today to get a bunch of stuff for our new house with my son. I loved the selection..and there's a lot of things you can look at for your home. The low rating was due to the register girl. I bought a cart worth of stuff, since we just moved into our new place. We needed house stuff. So we walk up to the register, and she just stares at us for a couple seconds. I start loading things on there. And I say to my son. Please get another cart, so we can put the things already scanned in the new cart She then says," uuhm please don't steal anything you guys" my son says what the hell?? I reply, why TF would we steal anything, I'm not a thief . She then said she just had some people take some things and walk out. I replied to her, I'm not a damn thief, are you kidding? Then, I specifically didn't say anything else to her, to make the rest of the interaction uncomfortable as possible, so she can think about what she just said She soon saw, that I continued the process I set, and she felt embarrassed for being so ignorant as to not stop and think about it, before she said that out loud. she tried to save face by making small talk, complementing the things we were BUYING, and a tattoo I had. This idiotic interaction, put me in a disappointed mood. I like those kinda stores. But I will not go back again. Plenty of other stores out there that won't immediately accuse you of trying to steal some cutting boards and Wood spoons"

"Me and my family love to come to this location but not for long. On Sunday we walked in not even five mins my moms purse went missing we went on our own to look for it we couldn’t find it, we asked for a manager Juanita the “ store manager” came to us and said since we left it unattended so it’s our fault and she couldn’t do anything.We had asked her if she could check the cameras to see if anybody took it or moved it. And she sped off without helping us as a manager you want to keep your customers happy at least asked one or two associates to help us look for it . one of the cashiers was very kind enough to ask if you found it"
