"This specific store is my favorite Kate Spade location. Not only is it always neat and well-stocked, it has an amazing staff! My mom, sister, and I love coming in and seeing what's new and the associates are always friendly, helpful, and clearly love the products they're working with. They also give great suggestions and excel at working with us to find items that suit our tastes without pushing us to make purchases we aren't absolutely in love with."

"I just had the most unpleasant, upsetting experience with Kate Spade New York. First, it began one month ago, I received the most generous of gifts a Kate Spade Cross body purse. It was back back--ordered. So I elected to redeem the gift certificate on another bag. I tried 4 times, to order the item via my mobile device to order and redeem my gift card. Every time it was very clunky just getting the order processed but when I got to the check out point, every time it would not redeem my gift card and appeared to be charging me full fee. I tried at other times on my PC, that didn't work. I called today, the first call I could not hear the operator , her voice was muffled. We did attempt to make the order, I told her the product number at least four times and she did not and could not pull up the correct item. She either got cut off or hung up I am not sure. Then finally I did reach another operator and was successful. For such a quality and expensive product I would expect the ordering to be seamless. It was far from seamless it was awful. I will not be ordering from or giving gift cards from Kate Spade."
