"My daughter finally got her ears pierced at this location and the worker was great! I think her name was Kat, but she was sensitive to my daughter being a little nervous, and everything was very sanitary. The new earrings are already set in the track that attaches to the tool for the actual piercing so the earring itself isn't touched by hands. She wiped down the counter and laid down paper towels. Cleaned the ears and consulted me when she was placing the guide dot with the marker. She also made sure we knew about the cleaning steps and told me to watch for embedding. The earrings are also loose in her ears to keep that from happening. Very good experience here. (Went on June 30th)"

"Super cute things. I'd say mostly for thr younger crowd but they do have some adult things. Hair accessories, stuffed, nails, real (material wise) jewelry as well as "fake" jewelry. Great place to go for gifts or a treat for yourself. They always have the sale buy 3 get 3 free but it is jewelry and hair accessories only. No licensed products....(Disney, cereal, squishmallow) ect"

"I am inexperienced with piercings, 11 months ago i took both my girls for their first ones. I felt lied to by Tara who said “most people” go with the most expensive package with the glorified bleach, and she pierced one of the girls totally crooked, we had to take it out and hope it heals up so we can go somewhere professional with someone who has our best interest. I have learned to do all my research now and not just trust establishments. Disappointing experience to say the least."
