"While in Hawaii we purchased his and her rings. Mine was a new design , actually flexible diamonds. Well it broke after 2 weeks. They said ,so sorry. Then when my husbands ring finally came, 6 weeks later, it was the wrong size. He took it that day to the store in roseville, the "so sorry" people and they charged him 60 dollars and another 5 weeks. Still not sized correctly, they were going to recharge him again. We went to our regular jeweler and they ended up fixing your mistake for free. Unhappy experience. Never again."
